Titanic in 3D!!!!

Titanic is a magical and fantastic movie!
I am seeing it in 3D on Friday and I just can’t wait!
I was too young to see it in 1997, but I have always wondered what it would be like to see it on the big screen. I am so happy I have this chance and be able to experience it. I think it is going to be terrific.
This is my favorite movie and it is amazing on my TV at home, I can’t imagine how much better it can be in theatres and in 3D.
I think the plot was very well written and the scenes were directed brilliantly. I love the cast and thought they all did a fanatic job. The special effects were incredible and the movie was so much ahead of it’s time. This movie has everything in it; romance, action/adventure, comedy, drama and horror. Anybody can see it; no matter your age or who you are. Every scene is magical and memorable. I love when Old Rose saids it was the ship of dreams and it was it really was and goes to the new ship. I just get this feeling that I only get when I watch this movie. I haven’t seen it in awhile, so I know that will make it even more special in theatres. It is a timeless movie that I will love forever.

Whitney Houston You Will Be Missed!

Whitney Houston was an incredible singer and there will never be anyone like her again. Her career was amazing and was ended way too soon. My condolences go out to her family, friends and fans. My favorite songs of hers were "How Will I Know", "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and of course "I Will Always Love You!"

NY Giants Win Super Bowl 2012!

Golden Globes 2012!

Congrats to all the winners and nominees. I thought everyone looked nice, but I thought Reese Witherspoon and Kate Winslet looked the best. George Clooney and Kate Winslet were my favorite wins of the night.

New Miss America Crowned 2012!

Congrats to Miss Wisconsin. 23 year old, Laura Kaeppeler is crowned the new Miss America 2012. It was a great show and I love her gown.

Costa Concordia Cruise Ship Sinking

I wanted to give an update on this tragic sinking. There were 4,000-plus passengers and crew aboard and 40-60 passengers are still missing and 9 are dead. At least three bodies were recovered. A Korean honeymoon couple was saved hours after the crash.
The first course had just been served in the dining room and other passengers were at the magic show in the theater. Then the hallways turned upside down, and passengers crawled through the dark and others jumped into the cold Mediterranean Sea.
This is very upsetting and I feel so bad for everyone aboard. I can’t believe this ship was doing what it does 52 times a year, going along the route between Civitavecchia and Savona and it suddenly crashes into a reef now? The captain was an 11-year Costa veteran and that the cruise line was cooperating with Italian investigators to find out what went wrong. The cruise started on Jan 7th and it crashed into a reef late Friday night. It is very strange and scary; the captain abandoned the ship also. I have been on 7 cruises and this is just so surprising to me. I love cruises and can’t believe this has happened. It is like reading about Titanic. I wonder if this is going to discourage people from cruising now?

One Life to Live Officially Ended Today!

I thought the ending was good if it was a Friday episode. I would have rather seen everyone at Vikki’s house with the OLTL music playing like yesterday’s episode. If Trevor St. John and Tomas/Tea move to General Hospital it would be good, but if they don’t the ending was a waste. I thought this week’s episodes were good, but I thought All My Children did it better and the View tribute for them was better too.
I would have liked the whole cast to come out and take a bow the last five minutes. Like have Agnes Nixon and maybe even show them all setting up for the last cast picture above.
I will miss One Life to Live so much and I almost cried when it was over. I still can’t believe it, but hopefully more characters will move on to General Hospital!
